If you’re a customer and have problems or questions regarding your hosting account, please enter a support ticket in our secure Helpdesk and we’ll jump right on it and get back to you.

How to Monitor Your Site for Downtime

We use several services to monitor uptime and availability on our servers, but one of our favorites is Pingdom, where you can signup for a free account to monitor the uptime of your own website. Other monitoring services we use:

  • alertra.com
