Even though the customization options are minimal, you can easily craft your own start page with minimal effort by changing wallpapers (you can add wallpapers form your PC), link categorization, etc.
You can easily access Lightning Speed Dial’s settings page by click on the link “settings” appearing at the bottom right corner. As you can see from the image below, the options are bare minimum, but it is a good choice for users who want a lightweight no-nonsense new tab start page for chrome.
