1. Wash your feet daily

Another advantage of lotions is that moisturized skin is less prone to develop corns, calluses, and blisters. As a result, you will have soft and pretty feet.

6. Visit a foot doctor

Regular visits to the foot doctor are also essential. It is important to understand that your feet consist of numerous bones, ligaments, and muscles. When at least one of them fails to function properly, you may get a lot of unpleasant consequences. 

You should also know that only a doctor may recognize early signs of various foot issues. For example, an athlete’s foot that is caused by fungi overgrowth can cause minor symptoms that you may even not notice. If your doctor will diagnose the early stages of this condition, the treatment will be faster and more effective.
